Director of Mergers & Acquisitions
Mr. Wagman has spent his entire career in the CPA arena.
Prior to joining Whitman Transition Advisors, he practiced Public Accounting for over 25 years and was elected Managing Partner for a 125 person regional CPA firm. While with the CPA firm he was very active in the New York State Society of CPAs, serving and chairing several committees. He then changed careers and joined a Consulting firm that provided talent acquisition, M&A and Practice Management Consulting for Big 4, regional and local CPA firms. At Whitman Transition Advisors LLC Barry will focus on M&A and Talent Acquisition for CPA firms of all sizes.
Barry holds a BS in Accounting from New York University and lives in Long Island with his wife Nina. He enjoys his weekends spending time with his four daughters and his nine grandchildren.
